i was in grand luxury suite private sit-out. staff is really polite. the location is very swiftly reachable via expressway.
the road to get here is not good. lack of accountability.

mixed feelings about the experience
printed menu poor reception
The breakfast offered a balanced selection and a huge range of nutritional grains.
The room service menu was difficult to access because there was no printed menu in the room. The internet reception was also poor making it impossible to view the menu on my phone. Parts of my room were very dirty while other parts were looked super fresh.

The food tasted really great, and the breakfast had so many choices. I got a Luxury Room twin Bed Bathtub, it was very comfy!
I found mold in my room. It was large and very visible. I got another room. It was the same thing. It was so annoying!
